• Monitor travel for company executive to insure complete satisfaction
• Conduct educational seminars for travelers and travel administrators
• Respond to travel concerns directly to vendors, including airlines, hotels and rental car companies
• Conduct surveys on a quarterly basis to ensure customer satisfaction
• Facilitate changes in our database for company profile and personal traveler profiles
