AHT offers two approaches to securing the lowest rental car cost for our clients. Using our database, we monitor the volume of rental activity for your company and the destinations that you travel to frequently. After analyzing this data, we will determine the best course of action to take.

If sufficient volume is present we will contact the major rental firms and request that they submit a bid for your account. These bids include cost and service requirements that you and AHT would decide upon.
