Day-by-Day Itinerary: 

Day 1 - Saturday, October 4 -  Kaanapali, Maui

Welcome to paradise! Upon arrival you will transfer to the gorgeous Sheraton Maui on famous Kaanapali Beach. Check in, relax a bit, and explore your luxurious home for the next seven nights! We’ll gather tonight for a scrumptious meal by the sea. Overnight at Sheraton Maui. (WD)

Day 2 - Sunday, October 5 -  Kaanapali, Maui

Today you have a chance to enjoy the resort, snorkel at Black Rock, or sign up for any number of optional activities: volcano bike rides, parasailing, helicopter rides – the list goes on... We’ll also have an optional lunch at the beautiful Plantation House Restaurant. Overnight at Sheraton Maui. 

Day 3 - Monday, October 6 -  Wailea

After a leisurely morning you can head back to the beach or depart for an activity of your choice.  You might want to embark on a scenic drive to Wailea and visit the Grand Wailea Resort. (lunch optional) This resort is really something to see – it’s so “Grand” that Oprah treated her staff to a vacation there. Overnight at Sheraton Maui. 

Day 4 - Tuesday, October 7 -  Lahaina

Today you might want to visit the historic whaling town of Lahaina.  With many shops and restaurants you can purchase souvenirs or holiday gifts for family and friends.   Overnight at Sheraton Maui. 

Day 5 - Wednesday, October 8 - Kaanapali

Today you can relax or be as active as you choose. One of the great things about staying at the Sheraton is that you can easily walk to many fine restaurants and stores - all just steps away, along a pathway beside a magnificent stretch of beach. Overnight at Sheraton Maui.

Day 6 - Thursday, October 9 -  Hookipa

After another sparkling Maui sunrise the day awaits with more beach lounging or perhaps depart for a trip to the windswept shores of Hookipa. The Hookipa Beach Park is known world-wide as one of the best windsurfing spots on the planet. Bring your binoculars – you’ll be amazed at how far out they sail, and how high they jump! If you're up for it, stop for lunch at Mama’s Fish House – a very upscale and very Hawaiian delight! Overnight at Sheraton Maui.

Day 7 - Friday, October 10 -  Kaanapali- Farwell Dinner

Well today is your last chance to do whatever your heart desires. Tonight we’ll gather for a lovely farewell dinner as we watch our last Maui sunset...for this trip anyway! Overnight at Sheraton Maui. (FD)

Day 8 - Saturday, October 11 -  Kahului - Home

Morning transfer to Kahului airport for your flight home. Unfortunately great vacations always come to and end – but you’ve probably made some new friends and you can always come back!

Payment Schedule

Deposit: $300 deposit plus your insurance premium is due within 7 days of making your reservation, plus the cost of the 360° Travel Protection Plan of $85 for twin share rate and $120 for private single rate, which is optional but strongly recommended.

Final Payment is due by July 1, 2008. You may use a credit card or personal check for final payment.

Cancellations/Refunds: All cancellations must be in writing. In addition to cancellation penalties charged, a $100.00 administrative fee will be assessed by All Horizons for any changes or cancellations after final payment is made. Airline cancellation penalties vary from airline to airline. Please ask about the penalties. Airline penalties are not covered by the tour insurance policy offered by All Horizons Travel and require a separate policy. All Horizons Travel cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through All Horizons Travel. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the processing of refunds.

Cancellation Fees: We must inform you of the potential cancellation penalties however, because we provide travel insurance in all our trips, you are protected against these penalties. Should you need to cancel for any covered reason, we will assist you in filing a claim. You will not lose any money except for the insurance premium. The premium for this trip is $85 for a twin share or $120 for private single accommodations.

Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellation will be at your own expense.
No refund on unused portions of tour package.

Changes and Revisions: Once your deposit has been received, a $50 revision fee will be charged if your itinerary is changed or revised due to your personal request.

Payment: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks. If paying by credit card you will need to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form. It's on our website or call us and we'll fax or mail it to you.

Price does not include: Airfare to and from Maui and airport taxes; Tips and gratuities to tour director, drivers or local guides; Alcoholic beverages or bar drinks except as noted; Optional tours; Phone calls; Medical treatment; Travel Insurance; Items of a personal nature; Meals not listed in the itinerary or anything not listed in the final itinerary..

Airfare from your hometown to and from Maui is not included

Your payment of a deposit for a reservation on this trip constitutes consent to all the provisions of the terms and conditions listed here and in the All Horizons Travel General Information/Terms and Conditions. Please make sure that you have read both of these important pieces of information. This tour is operated by All Horizons Travel and we reserve the right to modify the itinerary of any trip due to unsafe or unexpected situations or when, in the interest of enhancing the trip, the tour director deems it advisable.

Transfers: Complimentary airport transfers if within suggested arrival/departure times. If client deviates from itinerary, transfers are subject to availability and or additional charges.

Baggage Handling: Baggage handling is not included EXCEPT upon arrival at Sheraton Maui. Ohterwise, you will have to carry your bags yourself so pack accordingly.

Optional Activities which may be dangerous: Some optional activities may be offered to you at some of the places you will visit. Some of these activities carry with them the inherent risk of personal injury. You should be aware that your personal safety cannot be guaranteed. Should you elect to participate in such activities while you are on our tour, you are free to do so. However, you must understand that such participation will be at your own risk and that All Horizons assumes no responsibility for your safety.

Personal Conduct: We expect that you will conduct yourself as a friendly open-minded adult considerate of others at all times. We do not tolerate drunkenness, substance abuse or harassment in any form. We reserve the right to ask you to leave our tour if at anytime, in the opinion of the tour director, your conduct exceeds acceptable standards. There is no refund for any unused portion of your tour should you be asked to leave.

Travelers Representations: The traveler represents that neither he or she has a physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of this tour.

Travel Documents and Identification: Complete information will be sent with your final tour documents, approximately 10 days prior to travel. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Be sure to complete and return to us the Booking Confirmation Form that is sent to you with your invoice so we know where to deliver your documents. Your documents will be delivered via UPS and requires a signature upon delivery. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. Most of our travelers have their documents delivered to their place of business or building supervisor or other person that can sign for the documents between the hours of 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM. We cannot send your final documents until we have this form. Verbal confirmation is not sufficient.

Passports: A valid US passport is NOT required for US Citizens on this trip. If you are holding a passport that is not issued by the US government, please advise All Horizonsso we may determine if you need a visa and passport. Visas and passports are at your own expense.

Travel Insurance

We have found that occasionally passengers are unable to take a scheduled trip due to health matters for themselves or, more often, members of their families. The cancellation penalties can be severe. To protect your travel investment, we strongly recommend travel insurance. We offer a comprehensive group from Travelex 360° policy underwritten by Stonebridge Casualty Insurance Company, Columbus, OH. It is not included in the cost of the trip. If you wish to decline this coverage you must submit a request in writing.
